CLASS REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION & MAKEUP POLICY

By registering for a class, workshop, camp, or session at Project Indigo Art Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Session Enrollment

Enrollment reserves your child's spot for the entire session. Tuition reflects all scheduled school holidays, breaks, and studio closures built into the session calendar.

Project Indigo follows the Byram Hills School District calendar. Planned school holidays and scheduled closures are not eligible for refunds, credits, or makeup classes.

Session Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start of a session are eligible for a studio credit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of a session are not eligible for refunds or credits unless the spot can be filled from a waitlist.

Once a session has begun, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

After the first class, no prorated refunds, credits, or partial session adjustments will be issued for missed classes, schedule changes, or withdrawal from a session.

Project Indigo does not offer refunds, credits, or prorated tuition for planned absences, vacations, extracurricular activities, sports schedules, family travel, or changes in personal availability.

Missed Classes

We understand that illnesses, family obligations, and schedule conflicts arise.

Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Students may attend an age-appropriate makeup class if space is available; however, makeup classes are not guaranteed and must be scheduled in advance with studio approval.

Unused makeup opportunities do not carry over between sessions and have no cash value.

Studio Cancellations

If Project Indigo must cancel a class due to severe weather, instructor illness, emergency circumstances, or another unforeseen closure, a makeup class, credit, or alternative accommodation will be provided at the studio's discretion.

Workshops & Special Events

Workshop, pop-up, and special event registrations are non-refundable.

If notice is provided at least 48 hours before the event, a studio credit may be issued at the studio's discretion.

No credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

Camps & School Break Programs

Camp registrations are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the first day of camp may receive a studio credit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of camp are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Behavior & Participation

Project Indigo reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior poses a safety concern or significantly disrupts the experience of other participants. Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

Policy Updates

Project Indigo reserves the right to update policies, schedules, instructors, projects, or programming as needed.
